1. They had problems setting up GMB for their multiple offices
2. They found tricky to get reviews in Google maps.
3. Their competitors had a lot of reviews but multiple gaps to be covered in terms of SEO.
Solution provided:
1. Create the GMB profiles correctly by adding images and going through the verification process.
2. Did organic and inorganic reviews.
3. Optimized the GMB profile (added all services, posts, basic stuff)
4. Published embedded map in the landing page
5. Local Citations
6. Press Releases
